Delete your Value Guard data

This page lets you request deletion of the data Value Guard holds about you, or remove some of it while keeping your account. Value Guard is made by EazyVerse Studio.

What we actually hold

Very little. Your vault lives on your device and, if you turned on backup, in your own Google Drive. What sits on our side is your sign-in with Firebase Authentication and a profile record in Cloud Firestore: your email address, display name, sign-in method, and a pointer to your Drive folder. Remove your data yourself

Most of it is in your hands already:

• Individual items. Delete any item, warranty or attached document in the app. Once you sync, the deletion travels to your other devices rather than reappearing.
• The Drive backup. Disconnect Drive in Account & Sync to stop backing up. To delete what is already there, open Google Drive, delete the ValueGuard folder, then empty your trash. You can also revoke the app's Drive access from your Google account permissions.
• The vault on your phone. Uninstall the app, or clear its storage in Android's App info screen, to erase everything held on that device.

Close your account too

To delete your account along with the profile record behind it, use Delete your Value Guard account.

What we keep

We do not keep your personal data after deletion, except anything we are legally required to retain (for example records needed for tax or fraud prevention). We hold those only for as long as the law requires, then delete them.

Use the form below. Enter the email address on your Value Guard account, tell us what to delete, and submit. We confirm by email and complete your request within 30 days.
