Delete your Value Guard account & data

This page lets you delete your Value Guard account and the data linked to it. Value Guard is made by EazyVerse Studio.

Delete it yourself, in the app

The fastest route is inside the app: open Profile, go to Account & Sync, and choose Delete account. You confirm with your password, or with a Google prompt if you signed in with Google, and the account is gone straight away.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes:

• Your sign-in with Firebase Authentication, which is your email address and display name
• Your profile record in Cloud Firestore, which holds your email, display name and sign-in method
• The pointer to your Drive backup, which is the folder id, your last sync time and the item count

Only want to remove some data?

To clear data while keeping your account, use Delete your Value Guard data instead.

Two things only you can remove

Your vault does not live on our servers, so there are two places we have no way to reach:

• Your Google Drive backup. The backup sits in a folder in your own Google Drive. Open Google Drive, delete the ValueGuard folder, then empty your trash. You can also remove the app's access to your Drive at any time from your Google account permissions.
• The vault on your phone. Uninstall Value Guard, or open Android's App info screen for it and clear its storage. Either one erases the items, warranties and attached documents held on that device.

What we keep

We do not keep your personal data after deletion, except anything we are legally required to retain (for example records needed for tax or fraud prevention). We hold those only for as long as the law requires, then delete them.

If you cannot get into the app, use the form below. Enter the email address on your Value Guard account and submit. We confirm by email and permanently delete your account within 30 days.
