Delete your ListKin account & data

This page lets you delete your ListKin account and the data linked to it. ListKin is made by EazyVerse Studio.

Ask us to delete it

Use the form below, or email hello@eazyverse.com from the email address on your ListKin account. We confirm by email and permanently delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes:

• Your sign-in with Firebase Authentication: your email address, display name and profile photo
• Your profile and your memberships of households
• Households only you belong to, with their lists, items and saved receipts
• Your Sprout (AI assistant) allowance counter
• The record of which phone your account was used on: the scrambled phone identifier, app version, country and IP address
• Your ListKin Pro record on our side: the purchase token, plan and renewal date

In a household shared with other people, the lists and items stay for them; your name is removed from it.

Two things we do not hold

• A ListKin Pro subscription is billed by Google Play. Deleting your account does not cancel it: cancel it in Google Play first, under Payments and subscriptions.
• Your Sprout conversations are saved only on your phone. Uninstall ListKin, or clear its storage in Android's App info screen, to remove them.

What we keep

We do not keep your personal data after deletion, except anything we are legally required to retain. We hold that only for as long as the law requires, then delete it.
