Delete your TestTrack account & data

This page lets you delete your TestTrack account and the data linked to it. TestTrack is made by EazyVerse Studio.

There is no in-app delete yet

TestTrack can sign you out, but closing an account is a request we handle by hand. Use the form below, from the email address you signed in with, and we confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in record, which is your display name, email address and Google account id
• Your profile, your cohort membership and your submitted apps
• Your daily records and the proof links belonging to them

Only want to remove some data?

To clear data while keeping your account, use Delete your TestTrack data instead.

Two things only you can remove

• Your proof shots. They sit in a TestTrack Proofs folder in your own Google Drive. Open Google Drive, delete the folder, then empty your trash. You can also revoke the app's Drive access from your Google account permissions.
• The app on your phone. Uninstall TestTrack, or clear its storage in Android's App info screen, to remove the session and settings held on that device.

If you are mid-cohort

Deleting during a run removes you from it, and the other developers in your cohort lose your days. Where a cohort is still running, we may keep a record that a member left and on which day, with no personal details attached, because the group's own fourteen day count depends on it.

What we keep

We do not keep your personal data after deletion, except anything we are legally required to retain (for example records needed for tax or fraud prevention). We hold those only for as long as the law requires, then delete them.
